By creating an account, downloading the client, or using any services of Mu Priority, you fully agree to the following terms and rules. Failure to comply will result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

1. General Provisions & Disclaimer

1. Mu Priority is a non-commercial, fansite emulation server intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.
2. The Administration is not responsible for any temporary server downtime, data loss, or client connectivity issues.
3. All virtual assets, characters, and items remain the property of Mu Priority.

2. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

1. Cheating & Third-Party Software: The use of speed-hacks, hit-hacks, memory editors (e.g., Cheat Engine), or any third-party software that modifies gameplay is strictly prohibited (Permanent Ban).
2. Bug Exploitation: Exploiting game bugs, map glitches, or duplicating items is prohibited. You must report any found bugs to the Support Team immediately.
3. Account Security: Players are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials safe. The Administration will not restore items lost due to account sharing or poor password security.
4. Multi-Accounting Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit starter gifts, voting rewards, or event bonuses (referral/wcoin farming) is strictly forbidden.
5. PvP Gameplay: Kill-stealing (KS) on spots, training zones, or maps, as well as killing other players (PK) in open PvP zones, is a core element of the game mechanism and is fully allowed. The Administration will not interfere in player conflicts.

3. Community & Chat Conduct

1. Chat Abuse: Racism, hate speech, real-life threats, or severe harassment of other players in global chat (/post) is prohibited.
2. Impersonation: Pretending to be a GameMaster (GM) or Administrator to scam players will result in an immediate IP and Account Ban.
3. Advertising: Promoting other Mu Online servers or third-party web services within the game or official channels is forbidden.

4. Donations & Virtual Items Policy

1. Donations: All financial contributions (donations) are voluntary and used solely to maintain server hosting and development.
2. Non-Refundable: All donations are strictly non-refundable. By donating, you agree that you are receiving virtual points/rewards and waive any rights to a chargeback.
3. Real Money Trading (RMT): Selling game items, currency (Zen/Jewels), or accounts for real money between players is prohibited unless officially permitted.

5. Administration Rights

1. The Administration reserves the right to modify these rules, update server files, reset character stats, or ban any account violating the server's ecosystem at any time without prior notice.
2. Ultimate Decision: The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if the account's actions are deemed harmful to the server community, even if the action is not explicitly listed in these rules.
